In the Dordogne, at the crossroads of the green, white and black Périgords, Camping d'Auberoche extends its shaded and discreet pitches on the banks of a charming river, the Auvézère. Christèle and Christophe will welcome you warmly whether in a tent, caravan, or motorhome. Some Premium pitches are even equipped with a chalet including a kitchen with everything you need or private bathroom facilities. You can also stay there in a rental: mobile homes, wooden and canvas lodge tents without sanitary facilities (new for 2023) by the river, Bengali tents, or gites, by the night, a weekend, a week or more. A real little corner of paradise to recharge your batteries, to disconnect on the banks of the Auvézère, where you can fish, near Périgueux and close to nature. So do not hesitate to stop there for your weekends or holidays! We will be happy to welcome you there in a family atmosphere.

I really liked the hospitality on this camping. Also the fact that the cleaning was "super". I also liked the swimming pool, and the place, which had a lot of shadow.

I don't know. I can't understand why so little people are coming, because you have such a beautiful camping....For me it's great, because I know that there will be a place for me....

Establishment

This a lovely campsite run by a delightful couple. It is immaculately kept and all the facilities are spotlessly clean. It is also part of the local community and every evening people gather for an organised event: BBQ, market, boules etc. There is a lovely pool, bliss in the heat of the day! On our final morning we joined a walking group and did a ninety minute walk in the local countryside. A great place to cycle from and idyllic villages close by, one with an exceptional restaurant.

L accueil et la relation avec les patrons et personnel, pour un petit camping vous avez tout ce qu'il faut, et surtout des sanitaires nettoyer de fond en comble , et tout ça avec une équipe sympa et très gentille, a l'écoute et le contact humain, discuter ça c'est le vrai camping, la famille mehari verte Cordialement

Erg mooie Lodgetent aan het riviertje. Mooie camping. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Perigueux ligt op 20 minuten rijden. Wij hebben gekanood bij Les Eyzies, dat ligt op een uurtje rijden. We hadden graag nog naar Bordeaux gewild maar hier woedden de grote branden met rookwolken die reikten tot de verre omgeving waar wij ook een staartje van meekregen waardoor wij zijn vertrokken.

Tent had vanaf de middag geen schaduw. Zwembad had helemaal geen schaduw en was best klein. Weinig keuze in broodjes, alleen een baguette, pain chocolat en croissant. Beetje afgelegen, we hebben geen strandje aan de rivier of een meertje in de buurt kunnen ontdekken. De bezoekers zijn voornamelijk Frans dus je valt er buiten als je de taal niet machtig bent en het voelt ongemakkelijk om mee te doen. Het meest vervelende vond ik dat er bij boeking een all in verzekering werd bij verkocht om gratis te kunnen annuleren maar deze heeft allerlei uitsluitingen en hiervoor was ik al verzekerd

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le camping d'Auberoche chez Christelle et Christophe qu'on remercie grandement ; le camping est très beau, arboré, les 2 petits ponts, la rivière, la piscine. Il y a un service pour le pain, le bar, le snack, des activités comme la randonnée, des animations le soir (musique, country, barbecue géant, piscine nocturne, etc ...).

[Indépendamment] du camping la supérette proche du camping de la commune voisine Le Change était fermée ce qui dommage pour l'appoint de courses (c'est pour cela que je mets 9 à services).

Accommodation review

Mobil-home spacieux, confortable, propre, climatisé. La terrasse est très grande, semi-ombragé ; l'emplacement est arboré avec un tilleul, très bien pour les températures élevées.
