There are cultural activities: visits to the caves, castles, mills and not forgetting all the typical markets in the region... The River Couze which flows through the municipality, had 13 paper mills in activity in the 15th century, with Trogolyte houses hanging on the cliffs. Today the prestigious site of the Rousique and the Paper-Eco museum will reveal all the charm of this valley. In addition to the comfort of a 3 star Camping club you will appreciate the gentle life-style in Perigord, its gastronomy and hospitality that have made this country so famous.

Beautiful campsie with stunning pools. Stayed in a mobile home which was equipped with everything we needed. The team at the campsite, Bernarde, Pierre and Marie were so helpful and friendly. The site is a short walk to a convenience store, bakery, deli and chemist. Right next to the campsite is an excellent restaurant. We visited some beautiful towns and villages including Issigeac and Bergerac. The village of Lalinde is just 4km away and has excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at Camping des Monte. Thank you Bernarde, Pierre and Marie!

It wasn’t clear when we booked that bedding and towels weren’t included in our booking so we had to buy a bundle of disposable bedding and hire towels. This definitely wasn’t a problem to us though.

L’accueil du jour J qui n’est possible qu’aux heures d’ouvertures auquel cas, il faut attendre... Ne pas oublier que les clients sont tributaires de la route, il serait judicieux que les jours d’arrivées proposés (Samedi-Dimanche-Mercredi) la réception reste au moins ouverte, en journée ces jours là. Surtout lorque vous êtes en periode de canicule!!! Nous avons trouvé cela un peu limite... Le code d’entrée du camping qui nous oblige à descendre, alors qu’un système avec levée de la barrière est possible pour les locaux et la piscine qui n’est plus chauffée (grande) après le 20-08-25

Mobil-home fonctionnel et moderne avec climatisation et TV. Terrasse couverte Propreté en général correct

Propreté : penser à retirer les araignées ( chauffe-eau- entrée-placard-SDB) Manque de certains ustensiles à vérifier. Au vu du prix de la location, on attend un peu plus de vigilance et de vérification.
