Located in the heart of Villefranche-du-Périgord—in the southern Périgord Noir and the "Pays des Bastides" region—this campsite serves as the perfect base for exploring the historical and culinary heritage of the Southwest. The Dordogne, Lot, and Lot-et-Garonne departments await, offering a blend of culture and nature (forests and rivers). Numerous "Terra Aventura" trails offer a fun and engaging way to discover this region, which is rich in history.
Situated just a five-minute walk from the medieval village center, the campsite appeals with its clearly defined, terraced pitches—all offering views of the valley and the medieval village—ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a heated 120 m² swimming pool, and a paddling pool. Play areas, a bouncy castle, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables, and a communal lounge area are located at the campsite entrance to preserve the tranquility of the pitches. A wide range of activities is offered during the summer season.
You can easily walk into the village to shop and enjoy the warm welcome of local merchants, or set off to explore the area's heritage and chestnut forests.

Establishment

Great hosts from arrival to leaving, they told us about the Chestnut Fayre in a local village which was great, lots of local products. A perfect place to base yourself self for visits to the must see Domme and La Roque Gageac

We actually stayed in a motorhome pitch we made an error on the booking which was picked up by the owners before we arrived. The pitch we chose was lovely great views, south facing with water and power. The toilets and washing up areas were always immaculately clean

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, snack avec animation tout les soirs de la semaine. Camping très calme et près du centre ville.

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour en camping car. Les parcelles sont bien ombragées, les sanitaires propres, l’accueil chaleureux . les nouveaux propriétaires sont gentils et la restauration rapide surtout les pizzas délicieuses à des prix plus que raisonnables.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans un mobilhome propre, ombragé et complet. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponible et accueillants. Le snack est très bon également, je recommande les pizzas particulièrement !

Soucieux du bien être de leurs clients, Nathalie et Nicolas vous accueillent très chaleureusement et en toute simplicité. Ils savent vous conseiller sur les activités aux alentours et sont toujours présents en cas de besoins. Le camping est très bien entretenu, les sanitaires sont nickel propres, les services proposés sont nombreux et pertinents. Les emplacements sont plats et ombragés. Ce camping à taille humaine est parfait pour des vacances en famille dans un village authentique. Je recommande vivement !!
