Wonderfully friendly hosts at this lovely site! Nothing is too much trouble and the welcome is very warm! Food is very good and the site facilities are always clean. Pitches are very generous and shaded (levellers recommended due to some sloping). Plenty of water points and a lovely pool area. We have friends nearby so it’s a real win for us but location is good for Montignac and Vézère (all short drive). Very few British so we can truly feel we are away from home and immerse ourselves amongst French families!
Not something that the site owners can control - Care needed when turning in the access road and pity a bus doesn’t stop by the main road, but we will continue to love the site as it is!

Camping pitch / huge sizes! Some slope but we were prepared for this. Easier to drive off this year with firm ground!

Pitch was nice but did have someone else on our pitch when we returned one evening , as the owner could not speak English and was not interested in me attempting to explain in French so asked a guest at the restaurant to sort things which they did.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Hidden Gem – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Camping Le Verdoyant! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and approachable owner, who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. His warm hospitality truly sets the tone for the entire campsite. The swimming pool is a real highlight – clean, refreshing, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy the sunshine. After a day of exploring, it was the ideal spot to unwind. The on-site restaurant is a delightful surprise! The food is delicious.

Nous avions choisi le chalet serenita. Un chalet spacieux, très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Le cadre du camping est verdoyant (d''où son nom) et très bien entretenu. Très calme en cette période. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute. La région est magnifique. Une très agréable piscine très utile par les fortes chaleurs. Bref nous avons passé un séjour fantastique.

nous avons trouvé 1 coin de fraicheur très appréciable en pleine canicule. Camping très bien entretenu, bel espace jeux et bel espace piscine.

Camping très calme , bien ombragé aussi bien pour les emplacements que pour les mobilhomes. Christophe, le patron du camping vous apporte, tous les matins, votre baguette de pain frais à domicile et le soir , c'est encore lui qui vient vous servir au restaurant, et tout cela dans la bonne humeur. Ne pas oublier son épouse qui nous régale avec différentes cuisines , celle de la région, de l'Italie et du nord de la France
Proposer la location de ventilateurs en cas de fortes chaleurs surtout en pleine canicule. Le réchauffement climatique est bien là !
