Wonderfully friendly hosts at this lovely site! Nothing is too much trouble and the welcome is very warm! Food is very good and the site facilities are always clean. Pitches are very generous and shaded (levellers recommended due to some sloping). Plenty of water points and a lovely pool area. We have friends nearby so it’s a real win for us but location is good for Montignac and Vézère (all short drive). Very few British so we can truly feel we are away from home and immerse ourselves amongst French families!
Not something that the site owners can control - Care needed when turning in the access road and pity a bus doesn’t stop by the main road, but we will continue to love the site as it is!

Camping pitch / huge sizes! Some slope but we were prepared for this. Easier to drive off this year with firm ground!

Pitch was nice but did have someone else on our pitch when we returned one evening , as the owner could not speak English and was not interested in me attempting to explain in French so asked a guest at the restaurant to sort things which they did.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Hidden Gem – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Camping Le Verdoyant! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and approachable owner, who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. His warm hospitality truly sets the tone for the entire campsite. The swimming pool is a real highlight – clean, refreshing, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy the sunshine. After a day of exploring, it was the ideal spot to unwind. The on-site restaurant is a delightful surprise! The food is delicious.

Séjour au mois de mai, le camping était presque vide nous avions la possibilité de choisir notre emplacement avec notre camion, le calme du camping.
Les sanitaires n'étaient pas propre, ils n'ont pas été nettoyé lors de notre séjour de 3 nuits...

Les sanitaires n'étaient pas du tout propre, il manquait du papier dans les toilettes dès 10h le matin alors qu'il n'y avais que quelques emplacements de pris.. Point à améliorer..

Nous sommes assez choqués par vos propos, à cette période, nos sanitaires sont nettoyés, tous les jours en fin de matinée et vérifiés matin et fin de journée. Mais il est vrai, que ce week-end là, il a plu, et certaines personnes sont rentrées avec des bottes. Par contre, vouloir rentrer après 22h30 (heure de fermeture de la barrière) et nous téléphoner à 22h43, en prétextant avoir creuvé un pneu de votre van (alors que votre famille en chalet, nous a dit que c’est faut, et que l’on s’en doutait…), vous trouvez cela normal ? Et nous mettre 2 en service ?

Le cadre, la propreté,la restauration,le professionnalisme,l'investissement et l'amabilité des responsables(quand je vois certains avis a ce sujet,je pense que ce sont ceux qui écrivent qui ne sont pas aimables !!!). C'est un camping familial qui mérite vraiment ses 3 étoiles.

Le gîte est très confortable,très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons un petite chienne qui a pu se promener en toute sécurité car le terrain est entièrement clos.

Het was weer ouderwets gezellig. En de nieuwe huisjes die er staan zijn heel fijn en hebben een fantastische Locatie.
Ik mis wandelgelegenheid. Verder is er nog een kleine verbetering nodig in de cottage: er is geen gelegenheid om je jas op te hangen, er staat geen prullenbakje in de wc en in de badkamer hangt maar q haakje voor een handdoek wat veel te weinig is voor 4 mensen. Het was daarom toch een beetje behelpen

malheureusement trop de bourre de peupliers le jacuzzi fermer rien à faire nous avons écourté notre séjour.

Nous prenons note de vos remarques mais je pense que vous n’avez pas choisi le bon camping… La date d’ouverture de la piscine est stipulée sur notre site internet dès le mois de janvier. Le jacuzzi est dans la piscine, et si elle n’est pas en fonction, il n’y a pas de jacuzzi. Rare sont déjà les campings ouvert en avril, encore moins avec piscine…
