I could not have chosen better! A small campsite right on the river. Calm and tranquil, the air is clean, the river is clean and fresh, the site is neat and tidy and the proprietor is friendly. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with lovely wooden deck and i was almost touching distance of the river. Located with easy road access but no traffic noise there is a small bar/restaurant on site.

Can't think of a single way to improve on this.

Establishment

Situated on the banks of the Dordogne this campsite was perfect for swimming, kayaking or just sitting with a drink watching the sun set. It was next to the voie verte a perfect relatively flat and safe cycle route on which you could if you wished cycle the 15k to Sarlat dropping in for coffee at the small villages on the way. We loved it here.

Toilet block and showers very basic with no paper or soap and no lights at night.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour dans un camping. Très bon accueil.

Enlever les fourmis et mettre un petit toaster. Aussi, rappel aux arrivants que même un dîner entre amis empêche les voisins de dormir.

Der Platz war richtig gut. Mit Blick auf die Dordogne. Wichtiger Radweg nach Sarlat geht unmittelbar Am Platz vorbei. In der Nachbarschaft - Alter Bahof gab es lecker essen den ganzen Tag und ein Hotel Restaurant hatte eine schöne Abendkarte. Sanitären Anlagen sind sehr sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Dies sollte aber nicht stören. Auch sind wir sehr gut in Empfang genommen worden. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Menschen führen den Platz.

Quelques jours passés avec deux autres couples camping-caristes. Emplacements en bord de Dordogne. La route est un peu passante en début de matinée mais rien d’ennuyeux. Bien ombragé comme son nom l’indique, les amateurs de paraboles TV (dont nous ne faisons pas partie) auront de la peine à capter ;-) Bloc sanitaire daté mais aucune importance pour les camping-cars. Pas de vidange d’eaux grises. Chimique ok. Bon resto et pizzeria à deux pas, petit snack à l’entrée du camping. Petit local pour se retrouver. Pour le vélo, la voie verte passe devant le camping. Réellement un chouette séjour !

Sanitaires ? Mais j’imagine que l’investissement est conséquent…
