The campsite is in a lovely quiet setting. Spacious pitches We had booked well in advance of our stay so the site manager should have been prepared for our arrival. This should be a lovely campsite but there is clearly a problem.
All but one of the toilets and showers were fit to use. The others were foul with faeces and months of dirt. The manager locked all but the cleanish toilet and fairly clean shower. The chemical toilet facility was foul with faeces and had no running water working. Many of the sinks had not been cleaned for months.

The swimming pool was under repair. The cafe was not open as the chef was ‘at a wedding’. Bread was advertised as available to order but was not available

bonjour , je suis vraiment surpris de vos constatations,en effet, la piscine est en réparation , je vous en ai tenu informé et avec le temps pluvieux qu il faisait vous n y seriez pas allé.les sanitaires ouverts etaient propres et nettoyés tous les jours , vous etiez 2 campeurs sur le camping , c est pour cela que j avais ouvert qu un seul toilette et 2 douches,pour le pain a aucun moment vous etes venus me demander du pain , vous etes de mauvaise foi , vous avez su venir me demander a 2 reprises des jetons de machine a laver , .....et vous etes malhonetes , car lorsque vous passiez devant l accueil, vous aviez un grand sourire....des clients comme vous ne m interesse pas , *

Stayed There for a week and was a great camp site. Friendly staff and good location to get around the dordonge Had a swimming pool on site which was great for the kids, free use of BBQ as well.
We ordered pastries most mornings and were over cooked or slightly burned.

We stayed at La Grande Veyiere when our children were younger. It was a lovely nostalgia trip. The campsite is as peaceful as I remember. Facilities were perfect. We had a wonderful holiday.

We stayed for a week, and were so excited that we stayed for four days more. Great campsite, with a perfect swimming pool for all ages, friendly owners, a variety of other activities for the kids.
The kids playing area is ready for an upgrade.

We liked the lodge. It was clean, It had all the necessary tools. the mattrasses were rather good (but a bit too short for my length (182cm).
We hired the Canada Classic lodge. I would prefer to have the kitchen outside, on the porch. It would also be great if the sleeping compartments had mosquito nets at the entrance.

Grote plekken, voldoende schaduw, zwembad, schoon sanitair, pizza's en cocktails.
Vanaf 23.00 uur zou het fijn zijn als het stil is, dat was niet altijd het geval op de centrale terrassen.

Heerlijk zwembad, mooi terrein met veel bomen en schaduw, nieuw en schoon sanitair, leuk restaurantje. Een paar activiteiten zoals een optreden van een coverband en een karaokeavond, die mooi om 23u00 stopten.

Ruime tent met sanitair, veel ruimte tussen de accommodaties, voldoende schoon, Wij zaten toevallig vlakbij het zwembad, maar algemeen is het zwembad centraal gelegen.
Uitrusting van onze safaritent kon iets beter: eetgerei, extra kookpotten, een vuilbak voor algemeen afval
